Hardware Asset Management

A HAM-class system & mobile app developed for a telecommuniations service company for a complex planning, managing and reporting of service works conducted in Germany and Poland on BTSs (Base Transceiver Stations).

Key functionalities:

    • Geolocalization, search and directions
    • Trip planning and route optimalization
    • BTS access & security info
    • Notes and recommendations
    • Tangibile assets allocated to serviceman
    • Master key procedures, lockups and access points
    • Onsite raporting with photo documentation and verification
    • Post-visit reporting & BTS documentation update
    • Complex order tracking & mgmt. (per BTS, project, service, Client, serviceman, etc.)
    • Settling orders with servicemens’ reports and Clients’ projects
    • Additional SAM module (software asset management) for remote works on BTSs
    • Billing reports and extensions

    Using HAM allowed both the servicemen and team leaders as well as internal supervisors and top managers diligently manage orders and service capacity, control the personal workload and optimize the usage of key resources – human force and tangibile assets necessary to conduct the service on site.
