Applicant Tracking System

A system created for public Academy for gathering and tracking applications of candidates for post-master degree studies. ATS system was mainly focused on streamline, organize, and optimize the process of selecting the candidates.

Key functionalities:

    • Publishing recruitments forms
    • Managing admission site
    • Defining admission obliagatory and optional criteria for selection
    • Creating a pool of candidate profiles
    • Parsing resumes
    • Tracking recruitment process and progres
    • Generating reports and PDF files
    • Performing background checks
    • Collecting and reporting admission metrics
    • Sending follow-up communication

    Using an ATS as a tool during the admission process improved the candidates’ experience while also made it easier for academic staff to attract, identify, and select the candidates that match the admission criteria both obliagatory and optional to the largest extent.
